When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.


How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order ships.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Email us at shopunattached@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Due to limited inventory, we do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning for store credit and placing a new order for the preferred size or item.


What items are final sale?

All sale items, accessories, and limited/seasonal drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

How often do you release new items?

We release weekly mini drops, plus special seasonal collections.


Will sold-out items restock?

Some styles may restock, but many are limited. If you love it, grab it while it’s available.
